1. Prior to Booking

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after we receive a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted price. Management reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not made within 14 days prior to the check-in date. WadiAmna also reserves the right to withhold any deposit paid.

Deposit Policy: Once the deposit is transferred, no refund will be given. Date Change Policy: Bookings cannot be cancelled, but dates may be changed if requested at least 2 weeks before the booking date. It depends on the availability within that year only.

Full Payment Requirement: If the booking date is within 5 days from the quoted date, full payment is required.

Villa Kamelia Guest Capacity: Maximum 6 adults and 2 kids per villa. Exceeding guests will incur additional charges of RM200 per person or booking cancellation, unless prior approval has been obtained.

Notification of Payment: WhatsApp to 011-35606167.

Restrictions: No pets allowed. Loud music, parties, or disturbing behavior not permitted. No outside musical equipment without permission.

Photography & Videography: Commercial use of photos/videos requires prior consent

2. During Check-In & Stay

Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in: From 03:00 PM
Check-out: Until 12:00 PM

Late Check-Out Policy: Late check-outs are subject to availability and prior approval. A fee of RM100 per 30 minutes will be deducted from the security deposit. Unapproved late check outs will result in additional penalties or full deposit forfeiture.

Breakfast: Rates are for accommodation only. Catering is available for a minimum of 10 people, starting at RM180 per person. Guests with 10 persons or fewer are allowed bring their own outside catering; however, for more than 10 persons, catering must be arranged through WadiAmna.

Smoking Policy: No smoking in rooms. Smoking allowed only in designated areas. Violation will result in use of security deposit for cleaning.

Swimming: No lifeguards at rivers and pool — swim at your own risk.

Parking: Free onsite parking (limited). Please inform us of required spaces. Vehicles parked at owner’s risk.

Safety: WadiAmna is not liable for loss of money or personal valuables during your stay.

Third Party Services: Any third-party services arranged are at the guest’s own risk.

​3. Post-Check-Out

Security Deposit Refund: Refunded within 10 working days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) if the unit is returned in its original condition with no damages or missing items. Any damages or missing items regardless of replacement availability will be deducted from the deposit without requiring customer approval.

Final Payment: Remaining balance and security deposit to be paid at least 1 week before check in date.
